She suits larger groups of friends and families travelling together on coastal voyages in Northern Norway, sailing from Tromsø and Harstad through the winter and summer seasons. Arctic Horizon has five cabins and ten berths, all in cabins. On a skippered voyage the crew take one of them, so she carries up to eight guests. Chartered bareboat, she takes up to ten. On a skippered voyage the crew occupy one cabin and guests share two to a cabin. Arctic Horizon is chartered whole boat; we do not sell individual berths or cabins. It is heated, dry and warm enough to sit in base layers while the outside temperature is below freezing. Wet gear lives forward and stays out of the living space. Meals are cooked on board and eaten together around one table. Breakfast is early on active days and slower on passage days. There is no service hierarchy on Arctic Horizon: the crew sail and cook, and guests help when they want to. Nights are quiet. At anchor there is no engine noise, and in most cases no other boat within sight. In winter the cabin lights go down early so the sky outside stays readable; in summer you learn to sleep in daylight. A day on board settles into a rhythm within about 48 hours. Sail, land, walk or ski or watch, return, eat, sleep. That rhythm is most of what guests describe when they talk about the trip afterwards. ## Where she sails Arctic Horizon sails from Tromsø and Harstad.
