Boreal Yachting has three main bases; Tromsø in Troms, Svolvær in Lofoten and Longyearbyen on Spitsbergen, Svalbard.
TROMSØ
Tromsø Base – Eidskjosen
Our main base in Tromsø lies in Eidkjosen just outside Tromsø Centrum.

Car/Taxi is 15 minute drive from the airport. Taxi costs from around 25 – 40 €.
Bus route 42 goes from Tromsø Centrum and Airport to Eidkjosen.
Facilities:
At the base we have our office, storage room, restroom and showering facilities that can be used by request. There is also parking spaces in the marina.
Shopping:
Eide Handel, a large supermarked is located 500 meter from the marina (wine and spirits must be purchased in the Vinmonopol near the airport or in Tromsø centrum).
SVOLVÆR
Svolvær Base – Svinøya
Our base in Svolvær, Lofoten is located on Svinøya near Svolvær City Centrum which has all facilities.

The express ferry harbor is within walking distance.
Facilities:
There is no Boreal Yachting office at the harbor. Svinøya Rorbuer offers a variety of services on request.

Kiwi Svolvær is the supermarked we recommend and is located in the city centrum (wine and spirits must be purchased in the Vinmonopol in Svolværs biggest shopping centre Amfi).
SVALBARD
Our base on Svalbard is Longyearbyen, Spitsbergen.
